Building Homes doesn't mean anything if not adoption ????

Australia is not Socialist.

So, you will not adopt immigrants in to build more Homes ????

Because they will have to abandon their Homes to come to build yours !!!!

You are yourself immigrants ... billions of persons in the world will not all abandon their Homes to build new Homes in Australia ???!

So,

• building more houses for Australians living abroad to go Home (if we come back more than foreigners who leave ..)

• building accomodation for workers who come to work (specific infrastructures..)

Indeed, the young generation today is knowing worse than their parents about housing... but the situation is general, not just in Australia.

At the age of my son, i had already bought an individual house with my ex-husband.

I bought an appartment with 3 bed rooms and now they are not there !

During longtime, i heard a lot of voices on the French TV asking me to share ..

and after many years hesistation, i finished by sharing with a very low price to help young people who start their active life ..

As it is never enough, they had to come to sabotage !

And now i don't know what to do with the 2 bed rooms unoccupied !!

If i sell the appartment to buy a smaller one, the value-plus will go into the notary fees !!!!

You talk about Homelessness, social and affordable housing ...

That is what they call HLM in France.

Those buildings are always very badly maintained because lodgers don't have what to repair ...

And there are who don't care about what don't belong to them ...

If they can "fuck" it then move away without being sanctioned, why to care ???!

That is the reality you need to live to understand because life is not beautiful everywhere !!!!

The solution to those populations is not : we give them our ownership to make them care !!!!

Children grow up single, get married then have children, then divorce then let their children go away ..;

We don't always need the same number of rooms,

and a lot of money just go to the housing notary when we are too tired of defending because Laws are very bad ...
